How do I place a catering order?
Order online at porcellinos.com or call and chat with our Catering Team.
How much notice do you need?
Online orders require 24 hours’ notice, but we’ll do our best to help with last-minute or same-day orders—just give us a call.
How do I add special requests or delivery instructions?
Add menu-specific notes in the special instructions box on each item page. Delivery notes go in the delivery instructions box at checkout. You can also call the store after ordering if needed.
Is there a delivery minimum?
Yes—delivery is available for orders of $75 or more (before tax and fees).
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is $45 within our delivery zone.
What if delivery isn’t available to my address online?
Give us a call—delivery may still be possible outside our standard delivery area.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes! Just contact us to confirm we get it just right.
Can I add a tip?
Absolutely—add gratuity online or when signing at pickup or delivery..
What about tax-exempt orders?
Contact us to submit tax-exempt info. Approval typically takes 5 business days.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes! Vegan and gluten-free options are available online, and certain items can be customized.
